The group adds motivation but not intimidation. You might be training alongside a pro, but you do your workout for you. We focus on lasting results and real coaching in an ego-free and supportive environment.

Not a runner? Not a problem! All members are encouraged to take this class and will benefit. The intensity of the class is customized to you, and athletes of all levels thrive by combining strength with strength-based walking or running intervals on the treadmill. We want you to get a great workout, see results, and stay injury-free.

And, for all you runners, you’ll focus on improving technique while jamming to motivational music.
