The Bootcamp Class

Curated from years of coaching all levels of runners, these classes are more than a single fun workout.

Our 60-minute coached small group Bootcamp class is like no other.  It is the most time-efficient performance training available. We combine strength training and treadmill intervals into a highly effective power-packed hour. Our state-of-the-art Technogym treadmills deliver a floating feel with lower injury risk or pounding.

The Training:  

  • A fully coached circuit class for all levels

  • Progressive training to break through performance plateaus

  • Running or walking intervals tailored to your level

  • Feedback and support to ensure your success with reduced injury risk

Our 60-minute small group personal training classes are designed to provide a functional full-body workout while improving energy levels, metabolic rate, strength, and endurance.

The Training:  

  • Our small group strength training class can stand alone or seamlessly integrate with your endurance training plan

  • One of our expert coaches leads these classes in a small group setting to ensure you are optimizing your performance.

  • You choose individual Personal Training or Small Group Personal Training to suit your needs
