Our 60-minute coached small group Bootcamp class is like no other. It is the most time-efficient performance training available. We combine strength training and treadmill intervals into a highly effective power-packed hour. Our state-of-the-art Technogym treadmills deliver a floating feel with lower injury risk or pounding.
