Our Proven Methodology

Developed by Founder and Head Coach Matt Dixon, our methodology has evolved and been honed with elite professional triathletes for the last 15 years.

And though we hail from triathlon training, where obsession and over training is often the name of the game, Matt Dixon’s approach to training broke the mold in the sport and an earned him the title of "the recovery coach.”

We have seen hundreds of time-starved athletes from all walks of life adopt our integrated approach to fitness, exceed their athletic goals, and thrive in the rest of their lives.
